Theatre Policies

To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable theatre experience, our staff reserve the right to remove any disruptive guest(s) for all performances. This will be done at the Oh Canada Eh? management’s discretion. Should any disruptive guest(s) fail to cooperate, the Oh Canada Eh? management and performance staff reserves the right to delay or stop any live performances for the safety of all guests and theatre employees. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES while on theatre premises. Please note that this is a public building and therefore our staff are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Ticket Policies

We are happy to provide three pricing options for each seating section within our theatre. Child rates are valid for children 12 and under. Teen Rates are valid from guests 13 - 18 years of age and Adult Rates are valid for guests 19 years and up. Children 2 & under do not require a ticket and must be seated on parents lap in the MAPLE LEAF SEATING SECTION ONLY. Children 2 & under are not permitted in Silver or Gold seating sections. Children 2 and under would be "lap seat only" and they must sit on the lap of the parent for duration of the evening. Limit of 1 lap-child per full paid adult ticket. If your child requires a seat or high chair you must purchase a child ticket. Our showroom is 100% Handicapped accessible. Please advise upon booking if there are any seating, mobility or dietary concerns.

Payment Policies Deposit Information

Full payment is required by Visa or Mastercard at time of booking for all individual reservations. ALL SALES FINAL. There are no refunds on ticket purchases. For any "group" bookings, please refer to your Group Contract for group payment policies.

Cancellation Policies

ALL SALES FINAL. There are no refunds on ticket purchases.

Currency Conversions

All ticket orders are processed in Canadian funds. Any other currency quotes are an approximation only. Your credit card company will process the order in Canadian dollars and do all conversions at their applicable exchange rates. Oh Canada Eh? Ottawa is not responsible for credit card foreign exchange rates or any additional fees for foreign currency conversion. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange the provided exchange rate is only an estimated amount at time of inquiry.

Parking

Ample free parking is available onsite at the RA Centre. Follow the signs to the WEST WING parking lot.
